Domestic Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping at $10. Orders will be sent via Sendle and Australia Post. Your order will be processed within 5 business days. Due to the nature of soy wax our candles are made to order. You will receive your parcel tracking once your order is on the way.

Impacts
Most parcels are arriving on time; however, delays may be experienced. Extreme weather conditions may cause delays.
Returns
Returns & Refunds
Each one of our candles have been carefully handcrafted. It is completely normal for “frosting” to occur, please be advised this is not the fault of the candle and does not impact the performance of your candle.
We may only accept exchanges for damaged items. If your item has been damaged, please contact us by sending an email to mdemoules@gmail.com please also include your name and a photograph of the item so we can make an assessment accordingly.
